With heavy heart we left Dahanu at early Morning by ambulance with oxygen supply and on our way to Mumbai, the situation got worsened the baby is in criticle position that oxygen in blood is only 35% when we left Dahanu, but at last we reach at your doorstep.
Your staff and doctors were waiting for us in the passage and immediately took the charge of the baby. But we had no hope! ''Pray to God,'' every one was saying. We were helpless But it was your hospital, hospital staff which was appeared before us as an incarnation of God .Our first few weeks at Hospital is very cruicial and very tense during that period specially both of you&Nurses helped us and personally counsel very nicely . We can tell you Doctor that you are Angle send by God to save life of our new born baby and it is incredibly appreciated. I should have written this letter a long time ago. It is almost late now, but as they say, it's better late than never.
We always say that in the olden days people used to believe in a lot of superstitions. And one of those was the belief that doctors were Gods. This used to be highlighted through the people's behaviour. There was a lot of respect for the doctors and it showed in actions like carrying the doctor's case when with him.
Times have changed. Most of the superstitions have gone away. But people still worship God. Especially when they are not well. And after being fit again they thank their God.
When I had my accident on 23rd March I was nothing short of devastated. I wasn't even able to stand on my feet. My mind was buzzing with unanswered questions. Would I walk again? Could I ever be totally fit? And importantly I had no idea about what would become of my career and passion of flying.
But you solved all of those questions and so well!
For you, I am just one of your many patients. But for me you are life-saver. You have given me back everything.
The person who solves your problems is God. Call it a superstition or not...
Thank you very very much...

Dear Dr. Riza,
Your timely help, caring and attention for my father, is unforgettable and cannot be expressed in words. You were extremely genuine and thorough in your work. It is due to your striving efforts that my father is happy and sound amongst us today.
I have come across many doctors in my life. But very few of them are involved in this profession out of their passion and affection for mankind and not monetarily and you are one of them. I salute you for the same. I really cherish your relationship. I do not know where, when and how I will be able to repay your kindness, but I will always be there for you.
I would like to gift you a Yatharth Geeta book - A Rare Jewel of India. Geeta is the first elaborate sequential commentary of the process of reaching to the God. This was pronounced during the times when there was not even a trace of sects & beliefs that are operating today in the name of religion. Being the fundamental science in the world, it is the first ever universal book. This is addressed to humanity irrespective of any differences like male and female, black and white, rich and poor. It is the principle code for universe.
I feel that a unique person like you deserves a unique gift like this. I hope you find sometime to go through the same.
May almighty God give birth to many more Dr. Riza's to take care of countless people who are in pain.
Warm Regards

Dear Mrs. Ambani,
I am writing this mail to thank you for setting up a world class hospital like Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hopsital at Four Bunglows in Andheri (W). I stay in Lokhandwala and have visited the hospital on few occasions. My wife consulted Dr Subhash Agal as well as Dr Suchitra Pandit while I visited Dr Sunil Wani, a cardiologist for my heart.
I was extremely impressed by the attention to details in terms of soothing colours used for interiors, apt messages in each section and floor. The nurses and staff are very friendly and courteous which makes all the difference between a good and a great hospital. The doctors are very understanding and caring. It is a hospital which stands true to the tagline “Every Life Matter.”
I hope the good work is continued by your team, it certainly goes a long way in spreading joy to many families.

The Directors,
Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai.
Dear All,
This letter is to express our heartfelt feeling – as you and your staff has played an important role in our life. It was on 18th November, 09 we admitted our only son in your hospital. The doctors in Kolhapur advised us to approach your hospital – as the only way of hope. They prepared us for the worse though. With heavy heart we left Kolhapur at night and on our way to Mumbai, the situation got worsened - the failure of oxygen supply, the unbearable pain to the baby, but at last we reach at your doorstep.
Your staff and doctors were waiting for us in the passage and immediately took the charge of the baby. But we had no hope!
''Pray to God,'' every one was saying. We were just like wounded birds, who had wings but no strength to fly. But it was your hospital, hospital staff which was appeared before us as an incarnation of God. We got our baby back safe.
We salute the Directors, Dean, Doctors (specially Dr.Snehal Kulkarni), staff, nurses and all for all that they did and are doing for the patients.
Words are inadequate to express our feelings of gratitude towards you.
Thank You.
Forever Yours,
Sadanand Pawar, Mahendra, Priya, Shantu and Dhairyasheel to whom you have given a new life.
From Kolhapur
Dear Ms. Tina Ambani
My name is Dr. Chandrashekhar Suvarna and I was recently diagnosed with early prostrate carcinoma. I was referred by Dr. Hemant Vadeyar, a surgeon who works at your esteemed hospital and is also a good friend of mine, to get my treatment done there. I had consulted the hospital's uro-oncologist Dr. Yuvaraja T. B., who lucidly explained to me what my condition is, the different options I can go for and also suggested what would be the best way to go about treating this.
I was admitted on 8th July 2009. The admission and even the document submission at the TPA desk went about very smoothly. The nurses who were attending to me were very caring and professional in their work. I had developed some minor complications post surgery which was addressed very promptly and professionally by the attending doctors. I was also highly impressed by the infection control team, who maintained the cleanliness of the room I was in every single day. The hospital does have strict restrictions on visitors and outside food; but I respect this fact as I understand how important it is for the patient to have his/her own space and be in a clean, bacteria-free area during the entire treatment process.
I would also like to commend how extremely well your hospital maintains the OTs and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment.
I had a wonderful experience at the Kokilaben Hospital across site as far as the expertise the treatment and the care, the diet, the high standard of asepsis, the high end equipments used .
In fact my brother in law has to undergo bypass surgery; He was to have it done at another hospital, I have recommended him to have it done at Kokilaben Hospital across site. Dr. Pradeep Kaul would be performing the surgery on Friday the 7th of August.
The other good thing about Kokilaben Hospital across site is that since the doctors work full time in the hospital they are available always and there is no commercial angle to the treatment recommended. They would not recommend unnecessary treatment and the charges quoted.
So, a particular treatment doesn't change much at the time of discharge as it happens in other big hospitals.
I thank you and Mr. Anil Ambani and all those involved in developing Kokilaben Hospital across site for giving us this hospital where we can get the best treatment possible at affordable charges.
I would certainly recommend Kokilaben Hospital across site to all my acquaintances.
Thanking you,
Warm Regards,
Dr. C R Suvarna.
